All coaching sessions are treated as confidential. I do not disclose the content of our conversations to any third party without your explicit consent, except where I am legally required to do so or where there is a clear and serious risk of harm to you or others. I use supervision in line with coaching best practice; any material taken to supervision is anonymised so you cannot be identified.
I collect and store only the personal data needed to deliver coaching or consultancy services: contact details, basic background information and brief session notes. Your data is stored securely and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Processing is carried out in line with UK data protection law (including UK GDPR). You have the right to request access to the data I hold about you, to correct it if inaccurate, and, in some circumstances, to request that it is deleted. Coaching records are retained only for as long as required for professional, legal and insurance purposes, and are then securely destroyed.
Napoleon’s Nose Creative Media holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance covering coaching and consultancy activities.
I am an accredited coach (Kingstown College, Dublin), aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) ethical standards, and an experienced senior leader from the BBC and wider media sector. Evidence of qualifications and insurance can be provided on request.
