I spent more than 30 years at BBC making radio, podcasts, and audio, while leading creative teams through pressure, change, and significant editorial decisions. Now, as an ICF-aligned career coach and media consultant, I focus on career coaching for individuals in the creative industries. I help them develop confidence building techniques, enabling them to find clear thinking and a practical next move.
